New work truck organizer provides on-the-go storage solution

Highway Products introduces its new Pickup Pack, which is a storage system for pickup trucks that combines quick access to stored content, lockup security and maximum storage in pickup beds. The Pack includes a gull wing saddle box, two lockable low side boxes, a flat or dome center hatch, a Headache Rack and a removable ladder rack. When closed, the hatch locks the tailgate, making the bed area secure and weather resistant. An optional 2000-lb.-capacity Roller Coaster cargo can be installed in a truck bed and slides cargo out of the truck bed quickly. This Marine Grade Aluminum unit is available to fit all truck brands, models and bed sizes and comes with a five-year warranty.

The price for the system ranges from $2,600 to $4,200, depending on the truck bed length. For more information, visit www.800toolbox.com.

Fitting your truck bed with this drawer would give a lot of space to make the truck more useful. These pickup truck accessories would put in more cargo and equipments for farming and would protect the truck bed.

This storage solution is really practical and stores things in an organized fashion too. Usually trucks with no storage compartments will have only the truck bed to place things on and not able to stack things up really high. However, with this on-the-go storage, they can store more things and truck drivers do not have to worry about their stuff toppling down off the truck while negotiating a turn.

This is definitely an interesting concept, but I’m not sure if the storage space also allows it to be easily uninstalled? There has to be a reason why the owner bought an open truck instead of a van. Perhaps he carries around too many bulky items so he requires an open truck. I suspect if he has this storage item at the back, it will not be able to always store all of his products. It is still a great idea though, and should be one of the auto parts add-ons.
