Versatile in, Buhler out

Buhler announced at a dealer event in early November that it is dropping the Buhler name on all its tractors and keeping the Versatile brand instead. Adam Reid, advertising manager, talks about the reaction from dealers. “A lot of these dealers never considered themselves to be anything but Versatile dealers…. Some have been dealers since 1966.”

During the event, the company also introduced two new FWA tractor models, 250 and 280, with new Cummins engines. Eric Allison, director of sales, discusses the company's strategy for the row-crop tractor market.
