Dining In Louisville
Nov 18, 2008 10:46 AM
Louisville has more restaurants per capita than any other U.S. city. You may have to extend your trip a bit to be able to make it to all of the city’s dining hot spots — there are about 2,500 restaurants from which to choose! You may want to start your culinary tour of Louisville on “Restaurant Row,” a Bardstown Road corridor with quiet cafés, bustling coffeehouses, kitsch eateries and elegant gourmet restaurants. This area showcases the wide variety of tastes found in Louisville. For a complete list, stop by the Greater Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau located downtown at the corner of Third and Market Streets in the Kentucky International Convention Center, or stop by the city information booth at the convention. Here is just a partial list of Louisville’s restaurant choices.
