Korean company buys Bobcat

The Korean company Doosan Infracore completed its purchase of Bobcat, utility equipment and attachments businesses from the Ingersoll Rand Company. Doosan Infracore paid $4.9 billion for the businesses. Now the company, based in Seoul, Korea, will become one of the top ten global manufacturers of construction and utility equipment and related attachments.
