A new AGCO Power 9.8 L engine with seven cylinders will be showing up in AGCO products soon. This engine will procue 500 to 550 hp., according to John Rogers, senior marketing specialist with AGCO's track & articulated tractors.
Also under development is a 12-cylinder engine that will produce 700 hp. The engines are being developed to help AGCO meet a growing demand for more horsepower in farm equipment. These engines will use some existing parges from current engines.
