    Nebraska Tractor Tests can aid in tractor-buying decisions

    Congress has provided additional incentives for farmers and other small businessmen to purchase tractors and other equipment in 2011 and 2012. While the rules change at the stroke of midnight a week from Saturday (Dec. 31), farmers can still use the new tax provisions to offset income.
