    Farm machinery sales reach five-year high

    U.S. sales of farm tractors and combines continued to climb in May, reaching a five-year high in units sold, according to a report released today by the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM). A total of 24,171 farm tractors were sold in May, up from 19,842 units sold the same month last year, a jump of 21.8%. Year to date, 83,561 farm tractors have been sold compared to 74,201 in 2012, an increase of 12.6%....More
