    New combine buyer’s guide

    U.S. combine sales spiked in October, following a 0.7% slump in the first nine months of this year compared to the same period in 2011, according to the Association of Equipment Manufacturers’ latest unit retail sales report.     Michelin launches new CerexBib combine tire

    Michelin unveils the CerexBib combine tire, the industry’s first high-flexion tire specifically designed for combines. New IF and VF flexion technology is incorporated in the combine tire to allow for 40% lower air pressures than standard radial tires so that the tire footprint spreads out over more ground to minimize soil compaction.
