I have an International Super 100 fence charger. I only hear a faint signal from it, have touched wire - no charge.
How do I know what to replace? On unit it says:
Use One Ampere fuse only;
Replace with N1-94 Power Module Only &
Use 1 Amp 250 volt fuse only.
