Makita U.S.A. introduces two new ×/8-in. hammer drills with LED lights. The model HP1620F features a keyed chuck, and the model HP1621FK has a keyless chuck. Each drill has a powerful 5.7-amp motor and weighs 3.7 lbs. A true variable-speed switch assures controlled drilling, while a forward/reverse slide system aids even power distribution in both directions.
