HITACHI'S REDESIGNED CC14SF 14-in. chop saw has a 15-amp, 2,000W motor and a no-load speed of 3,800 rpm for efficient cutting of cold-formed steel, rebar and pipe. It features a D-handle coated with a patented elastomer compound to reduce vibration, increase comfort and prevent slippage. A quick lock/release vise allows fast feeding and changing to materials of different sizes.

The saw has the capacity to cut pipe up to 4 47/64 in. in diameter and rectangular tubing 9¼ in. wide × 2 29/64 in. high. Weighing 36.4 lbs., the saw is designed to be portable and rugged enough to withstand daily transport between trucks and job sites.
