The Farm Works Pro software package offers growers, ag retailers and custom applicators new tools for analyzing crop yields, creating profit/loss maps over multiple years, and entering formulas for prescription maps to drive variable-rate applications. They can use multiyear averaging to identify consistently high- and low-yielding areas to create history zones by field. Profit/loss mapping integrates financial information with precision maps to help the user analyze the impact of seed varieties, variable-rate applications and other parameters. Costs can be entered manually, or automated via Funds software.
