THE SANYO HD1 camcorder records 41 minutes of high-definition video on a 2-gigabyte SD flash memory card that almost disappears in the palm of your hand. In addition to shooting 16:9 wide-screen high-definition videos, it captures 5.1-megapixel still photos and uses an energy-conserving 2.2-in. organic light-emitting diode display that rotates from the camera body. The ultracompact device, which measures 3.1 × 4.7 × 1.4 in., has a 10X optical zoom lens and built-in image stabilization technology.
