LESS PHOTO BLUR, GRAININESS

Jan 1, 2006 12:00 PM

THE SIX-MEGAPIXEL Cyber-shot DSC-T9 digital camera from Sony is the first digital still camera to incorporate gyro-sensors to detect and compensate for hand movement and reduce the chance of a blurry image. The camera also has higher light sensitivity (up to ISO 640) to reduce graininess in photos taken in low-light situations, even those taken without flash.

The camera, which is less than an inch thick, features a 3X Carl Zeiss optical zoom folded-path lens and a 2.5-in. LCD screen. The camera also captures MPEG movies and has 58 MB of internal memory.

The suggested retail price is $450. Contact Sony at 888/222-7669, visit www.sonystyle.com or www.freeproductinfo.net/fin, or circle 198.
