SOLID FOUNDATION

Oct 1, 2006 12:00 PM

MORTON BUILDINGS now offers the Perma-Column system for its new buildings. A Perma-Column is a high-strength concrete column with steel reinforcement. Morton says it is offering the Perma-Column system to combine the economy of post-frame construction with the durability of a concrete foundation. Perma-Columns can be used in a concrete mix or a ready-mix footing. They come with a lifetime warranty.

Morton typically sells Perma-Columns as an upgrade option, at a price of $100/post. This price covers materials and installation as part of a building package. Contact Morton Buildings Inc., Dept. FIN, Box 399, Morton, IL 61550, 800/447-7436, ext. 285, visit www.mortonbuildings.com or www.freeproductinfo.net/fin, or circle 191.
