Wheat pays worldwide

Kazarkin Vladimir smiles broadly as he completes a good wheat harvest on this enormous farm located in northern Kazakhstan. Wheat prices have soared worldwide, making the farm's investment in wheat a very good buy. Vladimir managed this farm when it was under Soviet rule. Today he manages the farm for a private owner who leases this and many other farms in Kazakhstan.
