Roll-Rite has released the new 10900 electric kit that features a heavy-duty relay. Customers may purchase the kit to retrofit their tarp systems for more efficient operation. The new relay features silver alloy versus copper contacts to increase resistance to corrosion and exceed the 30-amp rating required to run Roll-Rite tarp systems.

“Customers wanted to use our electric kit to run an existing tarp system on their vehicle that utilized a motor that pulled up to 100 amps,” explained Steven Searfoss, customer service manager at Roll-Rite.
