Refuge in a bag

Growers planting corn with insect-resistant traits are required to plant separate small refuge areas with non-traited seed, which is a general inconvenience. Seed companies are developing a new “refuge in a bag” technology that ends the need for a separate refuge. The bag contains both traited and non-traited seed.
