A patent dispute related to low-linolenic soybeans between the Iowa State University Research Foundation (ISURF) and Monsanto is resolved. Monsanto receives a commercial license from ISURF for the low-linolenic acid product lines developed by the university. The university will then receive a research license for the use of Roundup RReady2Yield soybeans.
