The farm equipment manufacturer Kuhn Group recently announced it will purchase Krause Corp., another manufacturer of farm equipment. Kuhn is a large international company with $850 million in annual sales and its North American headquarters in Broadhead, WI. Krause is a privately held manufacturer of tillage equipment and grain drills located in Hutchinson, KS. The company posted $61 million in revenues last year and employed 230 workers....More
