Custom shop benches

Mar 18, 2004 4:35 PM

Upgrade your shop with new custom workbenches built by RB Custom Workbenches of Kasson, MN. Owner Rick Jorgenson created his business by designing workbenches that are custom fit for each client’s needs and using high-quality materials. He uses 10-gauge steel on the bench top and 14-gauge steel on the frames for durability. A rubber mat tops the work surface. The drawer fronts are constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel to prevent rusting. The drawers hold 100 to 150 lbs. of tools. Several options may be added to the workbenches, including a telescoping vise that moves 11 in. up and down with a small electric motor. The vise also may be pulled 15 in. out from the bench for convenient access.

Prices for the workbenches start at $400/linear foot. Call Jorgenson at 507/634-7557, visit www.rbcustomworkbenches.com.
