Checking pH

Mar 4, 2004 10:38 AM

The new Field Scout pH 100 meter from Spectrum Technologies measures pH levels in soil and water. A built-in data logger, GPS interface and RS-232 port make it easy for users to log locations, generate geo-referenced soil maps and manage pH on a site-specific basis. The Field Scout will function virtually anywhere.

The device comes with a carrying case, software with PC cable, AAA batteries, and pH 4 and 7 standards. The electrode is ordered separately. Price of the Field Scout is $567, and a basic pH electrode is $104. Contact Spectrum Technologies, Dept. FIN, 23839 W. Andrew Rd., Plainfield, IL 60544, 800/248-8873, visit www.specmeters.com or www.freeproductinfo.net/fin.
