A new call center is available from AGCO to assist customers with the company's precision ag products, and live chat and email support will be offered in the future.
AGCO announced today that it is adding a resource to its Fuse program. A new customer support center will be available to help AGCO customers with setting up, calibration and operation of AGCO’s precision ag and machine communication technology products.
The Fuse Contact Center will be open from 1:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, seven days a week, and supports the following AGCO Fuse technology products:
- AgCommand, AgCommand API, Fendt VarioDoc
- Auto-Guide 3000, Fendt VarioGuide
- FieldStar II
- System 110, 150, 350, AES 25
In North America, the Fuse Contact Center can be reached by calling toll-free AGCO Answers,â€¨(877) 525-4384, and selecting the Fuse Contact Center when prompted.
Trained specialists will be available to help with using the technologies offered through AGCO Fuse. Email and live chat support are still in development and will be offered later.
