NITRAGIN HAS changed its corporate name to EMD Crop BioScience following its acquisition of Agribiotics, based in Cambridge, Ontario.

EMD Crop BioScience is a subsidiary of Merck KGaA's North American EMD Group. It is involved in plant health research and commercialization of crop-enhancing technologies. EMD Crop BioScience's headquarters will be in Milwaukee, WI.
