Syngenta Received a favorable ruling from an appeals court in a patent dispute with Monsanto over Agrisure GT (GA21 corn). The U.S. Federal Appeals Court reaffirmed a May 10 court decision giving Syngenta the right to sell Agrisure GT in this latest decision.
