Potato leafhopper resistance helps the new 4P424 variety deliver consistent yield advantages even when potato leafhopper populations are high, Mycogen says. In addition to leafhopper resistance, 4P424 is resistant to pea aphid. With a mid-range fall dormancy, 4P424 has very good winter hardiness and stand persistence.
