A free set of fact sheets is now available to help livestock producers determine how the revised concentrated animal feeding operation (CAFO) rules affect their operations. The EPA was involved in writing the sheets.They contain information such as what producers must do to comply; a timeline for compliance; records that must be kept and reported to EPA; and financial or technical assistance.
