Shell expert breaks down engine to show new oil’s performance

RSS

Editors were recently invited to an engine teardown event hosted by Shell Lubricants in Greensboro, NC, to see how the company’s new low-viscosity engine oils perform. Howard Hill, director of Shell’s field trial product development program in N.A., gives a close-up look at a Destroit diesel DD15 420 hp engine from a truck that was on a two-year trial.

Take the Oil IQ Test to learn how the oil performed on the engine parts.
