High-Speed Shredding

The new Hiniker AR-2000 flail shredder handles the increased residue and tough stalks found in high-yield corn and corn containing Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt). The shredder features Wear-Tuff heavy-duty, hard-surfaced knives with tip speeds of 12,700 ft./min. The implement boasts a rotor speed of 2,000 rpm to produce the high tip speeds and increased capacity in tough corn and cotton applications. A constant-velocity PTO shaft and 235-hp rated gearbox transmit power to the shredder.
