John Deere distributor Eurasia purchased billboard to promote U.S.-manufactured equipment

Anything is possible in the newly capitalistic country of Kazakhstan, including a billboard that runs over a major highway. Enterprising marketers use these banners to entice the country's consumers to buy. This photo shows a banner that the John Deere distributor Eurasia purchased to promote U.S.-manufactured equipment to the booming agricultural market. The banner runs across a highway in the northern city of Kokshetau, which is in the heart of wheat country.
