Air boom technology from Miller St. Nazianz
Miller St. Nazianz introduces exclusive Spray-Air air boom technology on the Nitro 4000 Series sprayers as well as a four-wheel steer option. Spray-Air technology is available on all Nitro 4000 Series sprayers with a minimum of 275 hp. The Spray-Air truss boom comes in a dual fan configuration in widths of 90, 100 and 120 ft. The 120-ft. width is only available on the 4275 and up chassis and is ideally suited to the 365-hp Nitro 4365. The four-wheel steer feature maintains the original tight turning radius, while ensuring the front and rear wheels track together to easily line up to enter rows and to minimize crop trampling at headlands. Michelin CerexBib
Michelin introduces the Michelin CerexBib as the latest addition to the Michelin Ultraflex Technologies family of products. The Michelin CerexBib tire has increased flexion and cyclic field operation (IF CFO) for the front tire. The IF CFO technology enables the Michelin CerexBib to carry the same load as standard tires without the required 25% increase in air pressure. This reduction in pressure lengthens the footprint, improves traction and reduces soil compaction. A very high flexion (VF) designation for the rear tire allows for a reduction in air pressure of 40% compared to standard technology tires, improving handling, traction and ride comfort. The Michelin CerexBib combines the best attributes of the Michelin AxioBib with IF technology and the Michelin SprayBib with VF technology for harvesting applications.
