Mower, baler, carted wheel rake from Vermeer
Vermeer offers several new products to its lineup. The TM 850 Trailed Mower’s heavy-duty design features formed steel tubing to evenly distribute loading and reduce wear and tear on the mower. The 850’s self-aligning driveline ensures smooth, easy mowing around obstacles at all tongue angles. A high-density polyethylene hood minimizes debris buildup, while a Quick-Clip blade retention system enables the operator to reverse or replace blades in seconds.
Vermeer’s Rancher 664 baler produces 66-in.-dia., 47-in.-wide bales. The Drop’n’Go bale ejection makes it unnecessary to disengage and reengage the PTO when dropping a bale. The Bale Expert controller provides information, control and operating convenience from inside the tractor cab.
The VR 1224 is the latest addition to Vermeer’s VR carted wheel rake series. The windrow width easily adjusts to conveniently fit the intake of the operator’s baler, while a patented rubber torsion suspension ensures clean hay and extended tooth life. A center splitter attachment helps balance windrow moisture content and improves dry-down.
