The new TG9300B in AGCO's TerraGator applicator line offers CVT and meets Final Tier 4 standards. Plus, a number of comfort features have been added.
The newest model in the AGCO TerraGator line of applicators was unveiled at this year’s MAGIE Show. The TG9300B meets Tier 4 Final standards and is geared toward large farm operations. This is the largest model of AGCO’s three-wheel fleet and will be available for the 2014 application season, even though it is a 2015 year model.
The new model is equipeed with a 425-hp engine with Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). The CVT system eliminates lunges associated with shifting. New hydraulics help lower the engine RPM. AGCO says in the area of comfort, it is offering a quieter ride, optional leather air cooled seats and a new floating right-hand armrest.
The TerraGator is capable of handling dry or liquid application systems, and the company says its 2,400-gallon tank is the biggest in the industry. The applicators are equipped with AgCommand data reporting and fleet management system, and they’re also equipped to be steer guidance ready.
Information on pricing should be found at your local AGCO dealer, or visit applylikeapro.com.
