Touchdown HiTech approved

Apr 1, 2004 12:00 PM

A new glyphosate herbicide from Syngenta has received registration from the EPA. Touchdown HiTech herbicide is the latest addition to the Touchdown brand portfolio of glyphosate products. The company claims that Touchdown HiTech is the most concentrated potassium glyphosate available and is designed for burndown treatments where growers prefer to use their own surfactants and additives. It also may be used over the top of Roundup Ready soybeans, corn and canola. The company says it provides excellent control of broadleaf and grass species, including foxtail, velvetleaf, waterhemp and ragweed.
