VALENT U.S.A. Corporation introduces the new Select Max herbicide with Inside Technology. The company states that its new formulation offers more complete control of volunteer Roundup Ready corn and postemergence grasses in soybeans, canola, flax, sunflower, sugar beets and other crops. According to Valent, Select Max works well as a tankmix partner with any Roundup formulation, in addition to several other herbicides. The new herbicide has a wide application window and controls grasses at a range of heights. Select Max is a new clethodim-based product.
