Cones for fertilizer carts

May 1, 2004 12:00 PM

A line of cone tank cradles from Free Form Plastic Products is available for growers who want to save money on fertilizer equipment and build their own carts. The cradles have a 10° sloped bottom to allow complete drainage. Each assembly has a tank-retaining ring that keeps the tank securely nested in the frame. The cone tank cradles offer a full metal bottom for support and come unpainted. They are available in two configurations. The 88-in.-dia. model holds a 1,500- or 1,680-gal. tank and retails for $618. The 102-in.-dia. model handles a 1,800-, 2,400- or 3,000-gal. tank and retails for $748.
