Tri-fold corn head

KRONE INTRODUCES a new folding corn head for its Big X forage harvester. The corn head hydraulically folds into thirds and is just 10 ft. wide for transport. Called EasyCollect, the new head is available in working widths of 20 to 34½ ft. It features scissor-type stalk cutting and a continuous rotation of cutting knives on the collector that pulls the corn plants against the serrated knives for a quick and clean cut. “Pick & Place” tines ensure a trouble-free feed of the corn, especially when harvesting tall corn.
