JOHN DEERE Risk Protection announces an expansion of its crop insurance program. The expansion includes the addition of staff resources and a larger marketing area. In 2004, John Deere Risk Protection first offered crop insurance to growers in 18 states. Now 35 states have access to the company's federally reinsured crop insurance products, offered through Westfield Insurance Company and Westfield National Insurance Company.
