Plans for tillage

There are still some corn and soybeans here and there in northwest Ohio. In the last couple weeks there have been three or four days that the combines were able to run and that whittled down the harvest quite a bit. Very little plowing has been done in the last two weeks. I am already making plans about buying a secondary tillage tool that will work in high residue and just skip the chiseling this winter. Does anyone have any suggestions about what might work well?
