Crankshaft and balancing wheel

I have an 870 Case tractor. It's been the perfect tractor for me. This fall the balancing wheel went out, which also damaged the gear on the crankshaft, which is welded on. Consequently, I need a crankshaft and balancing wheel. I've been looking all over the U.S. and Canada with no luck. Can you help me?

Row cleaner attachment

A couple of years ago, someone made a row cleaner attachment that attached to the liquid fertilizer unit on a John Deere planter. Is it still available, and who made it?
